OUR PEOPLE

Guy Panckhurst

Guy is a director of the company, and is a Registered Professional Surveyor and Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, with a Bachelor of Surveying qualification.

He has twenty five years surveying experience working in various locations in New Zealand and around the world - such as England, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Guy performs project management, resource consent and land development engineering, and oversees surveying work, in the company. He believes good urban design and sustainable development are essential for our wellbeing today, and for future generations.

Peter Smidt

Peter is providing ongoing Consultancy Services through his extensive knowledge of Surveying and Land Development throughout Hawke’s Bay.

Peter is a Registered Professional Surveyor and Civil Engineer.

His qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Surveying), Bachelor of Arts(Philosophy) and a New Zealand Certification in Engineering (Civil).

He is familiar with all the district plans of Hawke's Bay and can navigate clients through the Resource Consent process with ease.
